As we transition into a new season, I find myself reaching for simple outfit formulas that feel polished without feeling overthought. These are the combinations I’ve been wearing lately — built around elevated basics, thoughtful layering, and pieces that make getting dressed feel easy again.
Each look is designed to take the guesswork out of everyday dressing while still feeling classic, comfortable, and pulled together.

Dress + Ballerina Flats + Denim Jacket
An easy dress is one of my favorite foundations this time of year. Layered with a denim jacket and finished with ballet flats, it’s a formula that works for errands, meetings, and everything in between. A structured tote and sunglasses pull it together without feeling heavy.
Trousers + Polo Knit Tee + Cardigan
This is one of my go-to combinations when I want something relaxed but still refined. Tailored trousers ground the look, while a soft knit tee and lightweight cardigan keep it comfortable. Sneakers make it practical for everyday wear, travel, and long days out.

Midi Skirt + Lightweight V-Neck + Sandals
A pleated midi skirt paired with a lightweight knit is an effortless way to feel put together without trying too hard. Finished with flat sandals, a crossbody, and a hat, this look feels timeless and easy — perfect for warmer days ahead.

Denim + Lightweight Turtleneck + Button-Down
Layering is key during the pre-spring months, and this combination is one I come back to often. A soft turtleneck under a button-down adds warmth without bulk, while denim and loafers keep it grounded and classic. A scarf adds just the right finishing touch.

These are the kinds of outfits I rely on when I want to feel comfortable, confident, and ready for the day without spending too much time thinking about what to wear.
